Hope Square Parking Structure

The $5 million, 100,000 square-foot Hope Square Parking Structure presented multiple construction and aesthetic challenges. The multi-level, post tension concrete structure had very limited construction boundaries. Its sub-grade lower level required extensive excavation and broad sharing. These logistical constraints combined with an aggressive schedule required extensive sophisticated planning and phasing throughout construction. An aesthetically-pleasing modern architectural design, incorporating a corrugated concrete exterior and extensive landscaping, contributed to the project’s successful outcome.
